its all bolt on mainly and i have the cylinder heads that have the heads mod to a lower compresion so all you would hav to do on your engine is to change the 2 heads and put on the new sump for the return oil from the turbos every thing else just bolts on

You're making it sound very tempting. Has it got a dump valve? bounce

If the turbos sit either side of the engine I doubt there will be room under the S bonnet - and don't forget a turbo can get very very hot so you don't want it close to the fibreglass.
I also dare bet that the exhaust manifolds will route down to the floor towards the rear of the engine - again not compatible with an S.

If there are any pics of the old install that would be useful to see.

Chris, I was thinking the same. I spoke to a man at a car show a couple of years ago who had fitted turbos to Sierras etc, and he said that he would fit a single or twin turbo down where the cat was on the S3C (ie on the downpipe in front of the engine) - but he said that the standard Sierra turbo-type manifolds wouldn't work and he'd have to make one-offs probably.

He did say that a single turbo would be enough though.

I realise I will have to go and wash my mouth out but in the current climate if its power you're after then IMHO a 5 litre chim or griff would be the cheapest and quickest way to burn some rubber! paperbag

Plus you'll have brakes & drivetrain that can cope with it too!

Plus, if you want to keep tuning it, the V8 is much more widely supported.
