Sway bar end links

I had put a set of Steve Heaths aluminum units on my Wedge and the bottom half of the drivers side is gone! Maybe I didn't tighten them enough or perhaps they failed but I am in need of one side replacement. Alternatively I could get a new set of the original units. What car were they used on in the States?

Anyone?, Anyone?.................Buehler?
