I'm afraid the Cerb will be sitting outside this winter and I'd like to protect it as much as possible. It's been outside for a couple of weeks now and has started with a flickering MIL light and also a damp drivers footwell. (will post about these problems separately) So has anyone else got an outdoor cover or any views on which one is the best to get? Rubbing/scratching/dulling dose concern me.

I got this one: http://www.carcoverzone.co.uk/tvr-cerbera-c-79_490...

From cover-zone, its been spot on as mine sits on the drive aswell, make sure you get the straps as tight as possible though as they can lift off and cause scratches in the wind, also they can turn and go underneath the car. Once theyre oily theyre a pig to clean!

It's almost impossible to prevent some scratching. Even if you have a fully lined cover with a "fluffy" inside, you still have whatever dirt left on the paint surface that will scratch.

Also, a properly lined cover is comparatively expensive, albeit a small expense compared to other items for the car!

I sound negative, but I use one as it is still better than leaving it exposed for prolonged periods.

Take a look at the following company.. I used a Car-O-Port for my old Cerb which to be fair I used in a semi-sheltered situation.

This is the one I have - very good quality, fits like a glove, smooth inside so it doesn't scratch the paint and it's a breathable fabric so it doesn't get musty.
