Is It the Air Flow Meter?
Discussion
The Problem - While driving slow (40ish) the engine will cut to idle & refuse to rev. Ive found after much fiddling removing the air pipe from the air meter closes the flapper & stalls the engine, on restart it runs ok did it 3 times on the run to work last week &
again this morning
So could th flapper be sticking or loosing track or is it likely to be somthing else!
Ignition system seems to be ok as does the fuel pressure. on a Blast the car runs fine.
Anyone had a similar problem or can offer any advice

Could be intermittent throttle pot or wiring to it....
Ive checked & adjusted the throttle pot was set at .25V not .35V it seems to top out about 4V the info I have quotes 4.5V & I've Re-routed the HT leads that passed a bit to close for comfort, It sounded a lot happer. checked the pin outs on the air flow meter It looks ok.
Off on a run tomorrow so hopefully may see an improvement, keep you posted
