Career advice

I have a friend who is in a dilema about his career path. He's in a job he doesn't exactly enjoy, and would prefer to fullfill his dream job of working with bikes. Preferebly Ducati
But the supposed low wages prospect of a motorbike mechanic are making him a little reluctant.

Anyway, my question to the PH massive is, how many other bike related careers are there? Maybe there is a bike related path he can pursue he hasn't thought of yet. He's 22 btw, if that makes any difference.
