This year's Roger Albert Clark Rally will be starting from Elland Road in Leeds on Friday 14 November.

Scrutineering starts at 12:00 midday and the cars will leave at 6:30pm for two floodlit stages around Temple Newsam Park.

Following an overnight in Leeds, the rally will re-start at 7:15am, complete two more stages in Temple Newsam at 8:00am before departing for the Yorkshire Forests and Oliver's Mount stages later on Saturday.

After completing the Yorkshire stages, the rally visits the lake district before the Saturday overnight halt in Carlisle.

Sunday is spent predominantly in Scotland and the Monday stages are in the Killer Keilder complex in the Scottish Borders.

More info about the stages and the rally here

Please feel free to shout and cheer car 45 as much as you like as we'll need all the encouragement we can get through the local stages before we venture North to the less familiar Scottish and Keilder stages where experience and testicular mass really come into play.

Gutted I can't make it, the RAC is one of the best rallies I got to last year. All the best Dave!

I've volunteered the Pace Car for the NEC Classic Sporting Bears dream rides again so got a full weekend down there. I've also got to squeeze in a stag do in Surbiton on Saturday night which should be fun!

I'm definitely out of this one I'm afraid DH

Car isn't at all well and looks like it wants to die and I haven't got the funds needed to sort it

Gutted too

However:

Very best of luck for the RAC, let's hope the gearbox doesn't murder itself and you get into your rightful position yes

I'll be there on Friday night for sure.

Last year was superb. Unfortunate that the Yorkshire stages are on the Saturday as I'll be working, but at least Temple Newsam is on my doorstep for Friday night.

Good luck thumbup

BTW - wholeheartedly agree with your opinions on the spectator costs - some people dont realise how good they got it.

If you can get to Elland Road, we'll sort you out a lift to "Tempsy" if Pegan is too tight to call round for you.

It would be rude not to cheer you on, especially as all I have to do is walk my lazy ass accross a field from home into Tempsey (my house was originally a workers cottage - part of the Templenewsam Estate)thumbup

I'd love the 306 mate, but as I'm rarely if ever driving my own car at the moment, I will be staying put for now! YHNM by the way about the rally!

Maybe see some of you there then! If anyone wants to meet up, post a few details on here and we can sort something out later today.

Si, I've sent you a text but hear that you dropped your phone. Give me a shout later and we can meet up after work.

What time can you arrive at Elland road on the friday to have a look round. I take it the £5 to go in is to look round at the cars in the service area? Is parking extra and secure?

Might come along and take some photos.
