I had some Ceramic pads fitted on the C6 to cut down on the brake dust, As the polished wheels do not like the standard pads, I have to say they are excellent AC Delco hardly any dust. Anybody else had ceramics fitted?
They're fine so long as you don't use them too hard. They are more often than not stiffer than the stock discs and can warp them if you hit them too hard. Other than that a good alternative.
I've got them on my C6. Excellent for virtually eliminating dust, but not so good in terms of braking performance. Quite scary fade if braking hard from high speeds and quite hard on the discs. Overall, I'm fairly happy though.
