Mobile Provider Recomendation Please

We currently have 30 contracts with with O2 through Challenger Mobiles up for renewal. I have been with Challenger for 4 years and feel an alterntive contract proposal should be sought.
Please can you recomend an alternative provider. I've no problems with O2.

T- mobile - but go direct. We have two company phones through them and pay around £35 per month for the pair. Not heavily used, but not unused either. Never had any problems with them either. FWIW.
