A car swap section in the classifieds?

Prompted by a mention in the other thread.
I have long thought one of these would be useful.
THere must be a lot of people like me who like to change cars once a year because they love getting new cars.
But it is such a fking hassle buying and selling. It invariably costs a few k to part exchange for similar value or costs a shed load of hassle to do it privately.
SO what about a car swap section in the classifieds where you just went and no-fuss agreed a similar swap with cash either way.

Is this possible or would it not work in practice?

I had this idea last year to start up a website for this. I couldn't be arsed in the end but is a great idea but full of pitfalls

We will certainly take note of the idea and put it down on a future lists, we have a few other ideas around the classified area to extend it out further than just buying and selling cars and will keep this one in mind.

What are the pitfalls?
I cant really think of any negatives?

I could imagine it might just fall flat as most people are pretty definite about what they want next- but I think if it actually worked and became quick ,costless and easy to change cars then it would be brilliant.
I could see myself changing cars several times per year and trying out everything.

OH and I deliberately put it in gassing as I actually wanted thoughts from people as to whether it would work or not.
Im sure a few have thought of this before.
