R129 Centre Trim Console Replacement

I'm looking to replace my centre wood trimmed console (and other wood trim), partly because it's looking a little tired, and partly to modernise it somewhat.
The only company I have found that do a replacment in other than wood is this japanese one http://www.robson-design.com/english/mercedes.htm. I think a carbon dash would look the part.
Anyone done this before? How difficult is it to replace? Any other source for these parts?
