Marriage break up - rental advise please

After trawling through various websites I have decided to stop lurking and ask you lot for a little advise.....please

Following a marriage break up a relative left the rented accomodation she was living in with her husband.

She has now decided that she would like to move back into the house and take over the lease with him transferring it into her name.

My question is, as they are still married, would he have any rights at all to turn up / move back in etc???? She will be paying all the rent, bills etc...possible change of the locks?

This is in Scotland - I don't know if this makes a difference.
