The word B-o-lloc-ks

Is the word boll-ock-s a bad word to be censored the way it is around here? In other words, if your kid said it, would he be in trouble? what is the american counterpart? bull s-h-it?

As a young American not familiar with that word, I never understood the album title from the Sex Pistols. I thought for a long time that "Boll ocks" must be a competing British punk band.

I know that "Oh bull ocks" is like "Oh crap", but I'm still not sure I understand the Sex Pistols album title.

bks also means rubbish, so the title is "never mind the rubbish, here's he sex pistols"
