For a while now been thinking that I want to do something really special for my OH, I know its not leap year and it is only seen as the women can only really ask THE question in this year. But i don't want to, we have talked about the M word a few times and have alot of commitment to each other and we booth want the same thing.

But i want to be the different one and ask my OH, but have no clue as to how to do it???

Don't do it. When he's ready, he'll ask. He's probably saving up for a mahoosive diamond ring for you and needs more time. Or a very large CZ ring for you and hasn't found the perfect experimantal hookers for the stag night, in which case he still needs more time. biggrin

As much as man may give off the impression he loves you more than the world. It isn't strictly true.

You see men only get married when eventually pushed into by constant badgering from the OH.

You asking him will result in some kind of end-of-the-world type scenario followed by words does-not-compute and you never seeing him again...

Get him an iPod instead.

To be fair I think it's him who wants to use the 'barge pole'. Especially when you giggle at him and flutter your eyelashes, eh.

Are you still having sex (as a couple! rolleyes ), if so then he's comitted to you and he might still ask. If not he's shagging around and you'll need to marry him quick to steal some of his cash.

Does getting married really make a difference?

I thought the reason us blokes did the asking is because we expect the ladies to earn that expensive bit of bling over a long time period.

I suggest Steak and BJ nightly then wait.
