Does anyone know from which Fiat model the door locks are sourced?

I need a drivers side one. My door developed an annoying rattle. On inspection I discovered that the plastic coating on the "prongs" of the catch had come off so the bare metal of the prongs was rattling against the metal of the pin it latches onto. The door catch was probably damaged during my "incident" earlier this year.

Just to be clear, and it's probably my fault, I have the release buttons not the locks, sorry for any inconvenience!
