a few issues needing help with a 325 engine change to 328

i have a few things i am not sure about i have changed my 325 engine and now got the 328 in all the elctrics are connected.
1. does anyone know what the small breather breather pipe goes to that comes off the inlet manifold behind the throttle body.
2. can anyone help me with the pipes that go into the car for the heating. i have one pipe comes off the cylinder head and to the water valve and then another pipe comes off the water valve but i dont know where it connects to. i dont have air conditioning can anyone help??
