HELP! - Wedge Battery Appeal

Was over at the Kent meet on Sunday, and TVR-Nut appears to be having some battery related issues with his Tasmin FHC.

The battery well is TINY... about 5 inches in width... and the only one he's found to fit is a 300Amp job!

This is barely enough to turn the thing over, and if the car gets warm and the fan cuts in, the fan can drain the battery!!!

SO... c'mon guys, help out a fellow Tivver / PHer.. where does he get the right battery from?

I couldn't see an obvious place to relocate the battery too, so what have others done?!?!
