Well, after a few weeks of asking questions, I have just picked up my 99 Cerbera Speed 6. Have traded in my 89 Porsche 964 C4.
Have just driven back from the dealers - 80 odd miles - and I love it!

Ok so its not as sophisticated as the Porker in terms of build quality but the noise is intoxicating and the torque is great. 3rd gear at 50 pushing on up to 80 is amazing.

I must admit I was a bit concerned about the Speed 6 issues but this has done 26K and had £6000 rebuild 2000 miles ago so should be ok for a bit?!

Love it love it love. Always had lots of attention in the Porssche but even had thumps up from passing cars on the motorway coming back in the Cerb!

You guys are right - TVRS are incredible - can't wait to enjoy it

Just off to read the book to find out how to get the heaters on, find a cig lighter for the sat nat etc

Pics will folloow when it stops raining`!

If it's only just had a rebuild, then one would assume it's to at least 2007 spec, so it shouldn't need another...

All I'd say is just be gentle at the moment- even my 4ltr Chim was going sideways on the damp roundabouts this morning...

Yes take care. The Cerb is in my opinion the one TVR that will bite when you least expect it. Just ask the person who was behind me when a 100mph slapper of the oh feck variety occured. Couldnt remember putting an open packet of maltesers in my pants either!
Enjoy.

Welcome aboard thumbup

I'm the same as greeny, fairly new, but can't see me ever getting bored. Always happy to go out and polish something, just to be near the car biggrin

It was dry on Sunday thankfully driving I was starting to have withdrawal symptoms! Roll on the 30th November!!!!! bounce
