Affiliate marketing for e retailers

Are there any e retailers on here who utilise affiliate marketing as a source of sales? There seems to be tons of info on the web for the people who wish to become affiliates but very little for the actual retailers themselves.

I have had no experience of it to date and am being offered a deal from an affiliate network to act as a bridge between myself and the affiliates. Needless to say I am very cynical about it... any thougts or experiences welcome...

I had the same problem understanding how to go setting things up. Unless you're a really big retailer most of the advertised affiliate companies don't want to know. I used these guys to help me understand and set up a pilot without an ongoing committment/big set up fees. In the end it didn't work for us but Existem were very helpful and importantly provided independent advice throughout. Give them a call on Mon and ask for Bruce.
