I used a new moisturiser last night for the first time and i woke up around 03.00am with my kneck itching like crazy but i couldnt be bothered to get out of bed to have a look so i attempted unsucessfully to get some sleep. When i got up this morning, my kneck is bright red and so is my face in places and is as dry as its ever been. It seems that all it did was take all the moisture out of my skin when it was intended to do the oppopsite. My eyes look like i've gone 12 rounds with tyson the way they are swollen up. It seems i have had some sort of allergic reaction. What timing this is with me starting a new job tomorrow.

Does anyone know of anything i could do to take the redness down? I've had a clarityn which doesnt seem to have done much and im drinking as much water as possible but it isnt getting any better.

Any help much appreciated.

use moisturiser after shaving, some body shop hemp cream, seems to sooth the stings, got acne rosacea and so do use a general moisturiser now and then, anyone thinks it gay can go stick a cactus up their bottom. Look on it as adult acne that can be really painful if not treated all the time

I remember a time when these fields were all green and PH was about owning TVRs, driving and beer.

Now it's all man bags, man flu and moisturising. What ever next?

Yeah, one great big homo - but hang on, what do women want? A man with a pitted dry face, or someone who looks after themselves and has lovable, touchable skin? biggrin
