spraying advice

alright all am after spraying a work's van been trying to get around to it for a while now but time has finaly come to pull my fingure out .

meduim size van so am i right in thinking about 5litre's

what would i need to order and how much of ?

it is red and just going over again in red not sure if that make's it any eayer

all body work has been rubbed down with 600wet and dry .

can someone knoledge give me a quick run down of stuff needed and basic step by step instructions's , and which is best paint to use , i read everywhere about 2 pack etc but none of this makes sense to me so which is easy to spray and get best finish for a diy job
