Sagaris hunt begins!

After test driving all sorts of cars I've given in and am returning to the TVR fold.

My last foray was with a 2005 T350T in 2006.

Its left a lasting impression so now I'm after a Sagaris.

I know most things about TVRs, the niggly bits that go wrong etc etc.

My question is, how is the support network nowadays?

For example, if you needed to replace the headlight lens on a Sagaris - where would you go?

Also, that front looks mighty low, if I were to smash the slats are replacements available?

Any help much appreciated. Looking to buy one ASAP, if anyone is interested in part exing against an SL55 AMG drop me a line.

I don`t beleive there are many problems with supply, 90% of its the same as a T350...

I think the biggest problem you`ll face is bodywork issues and some of the ECU's - i.e. if you destroy your bonnet I dunno how you would get a new one and some ECU's have been hard for people locate.

I`ll worry about those things when I need too

I thought that the front end would be a problem but I found that despite living in an area of some rural bumpy roads I never actually had issues. The only time it was at risk was in car parks and on driveways with sudden steep inclines. They are a great car.

Hmm those are the bits I'm a little worried about.

I remember when I gave up my T350 there was a guy with a Sag - some clip had broken on his petrol tank so it was no longer level. Apparently it was sat around for 3 months with still no clip in site!

I love the car, but something like that would be disastrous.

Interesting! Good to see the Sagaris front/rear ends. The owner of Mr. Orange paid just over £3k when they drove it into a roundabout...

I don't think you will have a problem getting hold of parts, some may take a bit longer to get a hold of, I think that's all you will have to worry about personally.
