I just caught the tail end of the trailor for this.

Looks like they are following the De Walt TVR racing team.

Its a local news programme so it may be London only, but worth a look.

Something about an all female TVR racing team thats being setup ! One of them (who looked rather attractive from the advert!) is hoping to compete in Le Mans soon as well.

(Disclaimer: might be completely wrong about this, only glanced at the TV when the advert was on)!

Maureen (a Vixen driver) just called me to tell me to watch. Not bad coverage IMHO. If she wants to race in Le Mans, why not. What a great role model.

Nice to see something like that on telly! Was she married, they didn't mention him, but I would like to have heard his thoughts with the baby and all.

They did mention the partner, he is the other half of the racing team, shame they did not get to complete the race, I say good luck to her, she has a good track record so far and hopefully will get to participate at Le Mans.

Wasn't Amanda Stretton part of the Pit Lane Crew at Lemans, either for Radio Lemans or Eurosport??

No mate, she was lined up to drive one of the Dewalt TVRs, but never had a chance due to the initial carnage as I remember it.

Just happened to catch the last few minutes of the report when I sat down for my dinner. It was Amanda Stretton, who was the presenter of Dream Machine on C5. They did mention that she was hoping to make it to Le Mans, and they also said that there'd be further reports in the future.
