Turbo technics and Broadspeed used to both offer turbo kits for this engine, mainly bunged in Capris for extra scary effect. So if you could find manifolds etc from one of these it would simplify things. If you're starting from scratch I'd say go and buy a 350/400 et al as it'll be a lot less hassle.
But if you wanna know;
Reduce compression ratio to approx 8:1 but machining the heads or fit dished pistons (stronger pistons would be advisable in any case), throw away std Bosch mechanical injection, the forced induction will really confuse it and start from scratch with aftermarket injection system or a carb which allows you to pressurize the float chamber, wire ring the block and fit h.duty head gaskets, Fit ignition boost retard system or better still mapped ignition, plumb in an intercooler, not having one with a forced induction engine is very daft (85° inlet charge otherwise)
Fit a cam with increased exhaust valve lift and very little overlap,
Fit an oil cooler and switch to synthetic oil.
Oh and don't forget the bigger clutch and brakes you'll need to cope with it all.

The Sports and Specialist car company has the well supercharged 350sx for sale that was modified by Haughins dealership. I believe it was fitted with a sprintex supercharger.

I'm sure if you phoned John up he'd tell you a bit about it.

The website is www.sscarco.co.uk
(they're near Harrogate).
