Getting chip and Pin

I am working on behalf of my local football club, i am thinking of getting chip and pin facilities at the club to make it easier to get drinks and stuff.... At the minute we can't take card payments at all, just cash

Is this easy to do ? Is there a cost involved and do you think it is worth it for a small club like this ?

Joing the Federation of Small Businesses (www.fsb.org.uk); they have a deal with Streamline which will get you a very cheap credit card merchant account, with options for physical terminals etc.

The FSB deal with Streamline will save you a multiple of the FSB joining fee right off the bat!
