Anyone help ? As I have a very good local stockist of EBC but want to make sure I have the correct number before I request the parts

Or if anyone else has any other suggestions of similar spec pads. Big fan of Mintex 1144's but not sure if they do them for the HSV

Prices are normally excellent and saves any postage charges from any other perfectly reputable suppliers. (Sorry chaps)

If you go to www.ebcbrakes.com/automotive.html and download the latest catalogue they have all the part numbers. Your car lists as HSV Clubsport VT2, worth checking the part numbers against the pictures and your car.

Cheers for the pointer

Am now confused as these are the following details relevent ( or not ) to my VT2

Couldn't see any car photos to refer to

HOLDEN (Aust/NZ) Commodore VT-VY 98-2003 DP21505 DP31505C
HOLDEN (Aust/NZ) HSV VT - VX Clubsport 98-2002 DP21505 DP31505C
HOLDEN (Aust/NZ) HSV VT - VX Clubsport Perf 98-2002 DP21162 DP31162C

Would it be a safe assumption to assume that mine would be the Clubsport Perf, as the standard Clubsport shows the same pads as the standard Commodore.

Trying to avoid having to take the pads out prior to ordering

Cheers

I was referring to the pictures of the pads not the car's, I belive your car has the Harrop 4 pot callipers front and rear.

Looking at it the pads should be

Harrop
4 Piston Front: DP2767 or DP3767C Rear: DP2612 or DP3612C

I would have a look at the dimensions and check just to make sure you are happy befor ordering. Have an angle grinder ready when you fit them as they tend to be a bit too big to slot streight in. They tend to bind up in the winter also a good clean is worth wile.

Had a look around and found this from LS1.com.au it gives some alternatives. I would probably use this information more than the EBC catalogue

Premium brakes front (Harrop 4 spot caliper)
343mm x 32mm disc # DBA055
Bendix # DB1355
Ferodo # DB1355 hasn't done TS2000 yet
Ferodo # FRP1077 DS2500- not exactly same shape but does work
EBC # 21014 Greenstuff
EBC # 31014 Redstuff

Premium rear (Harrop 4 spot caliper)
315mm x 18mm disc # DBA049
Bendix # DB1356
Ferodo # DB1356 (TS2000 not yet avail)
Ferodo # FCP451 (DS2500. Is Porsche pad and 18mm thick.....needs linishing to 16mm )
EBC # 21013 Greenstuff
EBC # 31013 Redstuff

Pretty sure these are the ones you need.

www.ebcbrakesdirect.com/car/parts_pad.asp?part=pad&make=HOLDEN&model=GTS&year=5.7+(99-)#

They are listed under Holden, GTS, 99. They are the exact same size as the ones on my yr 2000 GTS-UK with the harrop 4 pot "HSV" calipers. I have also used mintex sourced in Oz in the past but cant find the part numbers now (sorry). BTY I need a set so if you can get any extra discount from your EBC supplier let me know and I'll go in for a set as well.
