HI all.
I have a 1985/6 Red Geep, which is slowly going orange! i have seen other ones haveing the same problem, is there any way to bring back the original colour? or is it a case of a spraying it up with the correct paint?
If so can any one give me a contact for fiber glass painting in the midlands. Thanks Lloyd.

Visit the technical site www.joctechnical.org.uk
and click on the FAQ tab at the bottom of the front page. Then when FAQ page has loaded click on "Bodywork" in the list. there is a piece regards suitable products that MAY assist but usually it is a re spray job to get the best results.

After giving up with trying to get my 10 year old gel coat to look any good I'm painting it with Blakes Yacht paint. If you use a 2" soft brush you can get a resonable finish. I'm putting on an extra coat, then next year when it's good and hard I'll T-cut it and it should look fine.

My jago was going the same way. Iv just had mine resprayed. Apparently the trick is to use a plastic primer? Mine is sprayed with 2Pack. It looks great.
