About 12:10pm somewhere inbetween Runcorn and Stanlow Oil refinery heading East. I was heading in the opposite direction, also in lane 3 at leptons plus...it was only the yellow bonnet that caught my eye.
I didn't even have chance to use my windscreen wash!
