Asda are selling COD5 for the sum of £27 for the PS3 and the Xbox360.

I shall be there tonight at midnight to pick up my copy.

read somewhere that there is an advert for it in todays sun newspaper which states the offer runs until the 16th, take the ad into currys or gamestation and they have to pricematch it as asda never have any stock on offers anyway

I shall be looking at this thread in the morning to hear what you think the game is like... will it knock COD4 off its perch?

Now you have an excuse to play a good few hours into the early morning wink

My Gamestation say it is store policy to only price match with places within a mile, and even then, only with other video game shops frown

The irony being, the only place within a mile of my local Gamestation that is dedicated to games, is in fact, Game. Which as we know, has the same parent company as Gamestation !!

Price fixing - It's a tough job, but someones got to do it hehe

Especially as Games pre-order and website price is £39.99, and yet it is £37.99 in store.

Got mine for £35 in Sainsburys in the end as Asda sold out frown

Mind you, it would have nearly cost me the difference in petrol anyway as it is a 20 odd mile round trip to my nearest Asda.

Yes, this is classic ASDA - advertise a sought after product at low price and fail to have sufficient stock to satisfy the obvious demand. Called into two local stores on Friday - empty shelves. My wife called in at 8am this morning - empty shelves. Offer ends Monday. I have seen this so many times before with ASDA.................

They had quite a lot at my store, but people were queuing for it before midnight and the first few in the queue bought several copies each so they didnt last that long.
