Yeah the granada/consul bearings. heat definitely helps to get them out, and put the new one in the freezer before inserting it. But you still might need a press.
If you are very careful removing the seals, you might be able to re-use one. I would put the old one on the outside as it's not impossible to change it while still on the car, in case a new one turns up, plus it's more protected from moisture.
