Estimated output?

Guys my Ls3 R8 is getting the 122wortec charger fitted in 3 weeks. Obviously I will be getting actual figures at some stage but those of you of experience could you give me some guestimations as to what I should be expecting power wise.

My guess, on Vixpy's dynodynamics, ~440rwhp depending on boost.
Maybe a tad more with full exhaust.

If you mean personal experience with the 122 results on the LS2, yes, so Im adding a tad for the LS3 which is 3% more displacement. I doubt it has more than 15% more rwhp power than the LS2, but Im prepared to be wrong In fact Ill bet you a pint my estimate number is closer than yours on vixpy's dyno dynamics. It would be my pleasure to be wrong and buy you it at the Australia day meet at the Ace but I havnt started saving yet.

As for being less than the charger, that it is not, but I believe it represents better value for attaining 500rwhp also with less maintenance and complexity.

No worries Rich. My experiance is on my own cars with many dyno's and consistant 500rwhp figures. I am so confident that the LS3 will achieve that figure that I will buy you a case of VB (or similar) if not, all I ask in return is that you eat humble pie.

No..it was put on hub dyno's mainly, less variability in the results (tyre wear, temp, rising on rollers etc etc)

At the hubs (from memory!) 558 hp and 555 lbft.

It would appear that it will be a little pink fluffy 6psi pulley to start but i will be increasing to 9 in summertime. I know the importance of the beer/humble pie resting on this so I will post figures asap in Dec. May seem like a silly question but for those of you who have chargers fitted was 6psi still appreciated even if at a later date you went 9+.
