Dear All Countach owners….

A photo shoot for Classic and Sports Car is being put together.
Details are still a bit "fluid" at the moment!! But in a nutshell - we are going
To try and get the LARGEST gathering of Countach's in the UK EVER seen!!
This is likely to happen sometime in the Spring.

The mag would like to talk to all the owners and find out what makes us (the owners) "tick" - also
Find out more about the cars and hopefully blow away a load of the bullsh*t that surrounds them!!

Please can we start a list and / or pm me please.

I will add more details as they come along!

Acualy i love them;) Been to the factory 4 times now. The last time i was there was this summer gone.

Must have missed you then, as we were there earlier in the year too. Spent a couple of days in the museum and factory whilst we waited for our car to be serviced.

Oh i knew that there was a few other PH Lambo owners going over there at the same time as myself and my group of Ferrari and Lambo owners. We were there in Modena for over a week at the beginning of September. Saw this particularly nice murcielago on the day we was there.

Great idea Robin, but don't paint it yellow as it's the colour of kit cars apparently.

Looking at a couple of countachs at the moment. What do you guys reckon the competitive price is of an anniversary, an 88 1/2 QV, and a QV? looking at white and red.

nah, I don't compromise. Without 30th anniversary purple (or pink if that's what you mean?) I'd never have wanted a diablo in the first place and waited years for an original 30 purple car (it does look pinkish on a computer screen at times I agree, I guess due too the light emitted from the screen making colours brighter). However it's a colour for the diablo era only and not produced before 1993. Really only want a white countach and orange murci I think. Silly eh? 200mph and all we talk about is paint?

Work commitments and lack of time this year has meant the machine has been left sulking in the garage....hope to use it more next year so if the venue is "gettable" from here up north, i am in.
