Triple Rotor Eunos Cosmo?

Anybody seen one of these before? Triple Rotor! Sounds like it should be pretty pokey...

Not quite the Eunos I was looking for though... Ummm triple rotor twin turbo in an MX5...... Ah well.

Done some work on both versions, absolute nightmare to work on and parts are crazy expensive even from Japan.

Hell of a car though...

Ooohhhh I nearly bought that very car (I think) a couple of years ago.


I love Cosmo's a very pretty car indeed, only issue was they only ever came in auto & manualising them is a bit of a nightmare!!


A triple rotor on full chat is some sound

Driven the 13B and the 20B back in Oz about 7 year ago (wow...time flies!)

The 20B is very similar to a BMW or Mercedes V12....just revs and pulls at the same time.

Did not go ahead with them since (at the time) not that much was known about them and more concerned with the electrics than the engines
