Gents,
I have been trying to find for months now the below item with no luck, it's the final part of my aftermarket ECU installation.
I have looked in numerous scrap yards with no luck.
Has anybody got any ideas or know where I could find two.

It might be something that doesn't cost much from the main dealer? After all,it's only a cap!Have you tried googling the part no.?
ETA-Just spotted that it tells you that its 20 micro fahrad on the cap!Blimey, you could make your own for not much money;)

The value of it would imply its nothing more than a smoothing capicitor, and a standard 20uf electrolitic capacitor of say 100 volts would do in its place. Does not come in a nice tin box if you buy one from Maplin however...

I didn't bother and just went for an old fashioned condenser from some generic Ford or other. That's designed to fit inside a dizzy but with the ring terminal nipped off and replaced by a spade it does the job fine.

Mind you as usual Green is right, the type he describes are much more robust.

Any mid 90's ford (escort, fiesta, sierra etc) will have them - right next to the coil pack.
I went to my local scrappy to pick up one of them for my V8, whilst I had the tools out, i took the a pair of coil packs, lead ends and VR sensors £20.
Before that I just ran a normal points condensor.

I ran without one for quite a long time, so you can get the car running without it - just best to have one fitted.
