When Lamborghini launched the Gallardo, there were two types of clutch assembly available for it, B and C assemblies, for manual and E-Gear respectively.
However, the clutches weren't up to much, some only lasting 400 miles, and as Audi was deeply committed to the customer experience side of Lamborghini ownership, they were replacing a hell of a lot of clutches under warranty.
In fact, we had a 10,000 mile limit to accept any clutch replacement claims, and at 4,000 Euros a pop, this caused some headaches.
So the revised 2005 car was launched, with over 2,000 component changes, including the toughened up E spec clutch, which was now universal for both manual and E-Gear, and guaranteed to the dealers to last around 15,000 miles.
So, as part and parcel of any Gallardo, it should have been updated with the new clutch, along with all of the other service actions which were introduced to bring all Gallardos, regardless of build date, up to the same quality.
So if your Gallardo has had a clutch in the last three years, then it will have the correct current assembly, as this is all that Lamborghini will supply.
Cheers,
Ruttboy.

Some owners have been telling me their have lasted up to 35-65k which sounds Unbelievable.
