can you give me any examples that i can ask for at the factors/halford etc..... what is 'non-setting'

when i google it just comes up with non-setting gasket sealants

Ask for threadlock that is not the permanent kind. You'll get non-setting/breakable threadlock that enables you to undo the bolts later but just stops them rattling loose.
