Help!!!!! A4 CAbriolet Roof Leak Help!!!!!!!!!

My Audi A4 Cabrio has developed a leak over the last two weeks. The water drips onto my right leg, it seems to be collecting near the roof drains. The roof drains are clear and water runs through them ending up at the bottom of the door.

The roof had some staining on it so I paid a local detailer to re-dye the roof, could it be he hasn't waterproofed the hood properly??? I have some Renovo Waterproofer on order......

I also siliconed all the weatherstrips...!!!

Any ideas peeps......??
