Live Keeps disconnecting....

GRRRRRR - For some reason live keeps diconnecting me mid game.

Just started yesterday afternoon and is still doing it today.

Running a virgin media cable connection and a wireless router but the xbox is conected to the router wired rather than wireless. Not changed anythign that could have started this happening.

Any ideas?

Anything else connected to the box having problems?
Conflicting IP?

If my router plays up, I usually just reset and it's fine.
The only way that doesn't sort it (normally) is if the local net is actually a problem.

Live has been playing up quite alot for the last 2 days I guess it has something to do with the updates coming.

Mine and a few others was playing up as well, don't worry about messing about with your settings etc, it is probably MS just getting ready for the update.
