Which Headset / Headphones?

Time for some decent headphones I've been promising myself for a while.

I've been looking at the steelseries jobbies,

This one (Neckband phones, retractable mic, seem to have some good reviews and £50)

And this one (USB connection to it's own soundcard (large plus) and clip-on mic. Looks more comfortable for long periods, slightly pricier)

I should add this is primarily for PC gaming.

Any thoughts? Suggestions? recommendations?

I went for a set of Medusa 5.1 headphones for mine, nice and comfy and the 5.1 effect is pretty much essential these days.
