Removing door card

just trying to fix the rattle on the drivers side window on my 02 S2 but I can't get the damn door card off.

i've removed all the allan screws and the annoying secret screw but I can't figure out how to get the window winder stubb off. Its got a single allan-style hex hole in the middle but turning this just winds the window up/down, it doesn't seem itself to loosen any.

Please help, I'm pretty useless when tinkering with cars but I didn't realise I was this useless. A search of SELOC yielded nothing

Hold the handle still and turn the screw at the same time .
