Another North East Talivan - with a picture too!!

Saw this bugger on the Queensway, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead today, bout half an hour ago.
I went past him and luckily (I think anyway) got stuck behind another car, so I was stuck to 40mph which (I'm lead to believe anyway) is the limit...
Thank god for numpties eh!?!
(btw, I am right in thinking that's a minigatso setup and as such, it would flash if I went toolarsing past it and got caught yes?)
Anyway, I thought "yer not getting away with that my son!" and turned round. Armed with my trusty T610 I managed to get one picture, flashed some oncoming cars to warn em (the van was at the top of a bloody hill, just over the crest - he's not playing fair so why should we?) turned round *again* and as I went past, the operator gave me one hell of a pointing!!
He obv knew I was there... hopefully I put a little dent in his revenue earning today!
Just have to wait to see if that's a further three bonus points, or a summons for perverting the course of revenue... errr... justice...
Anyways - here's the piccy... I resized it in photoshop cos my phone takes weenie ones!

Anyway - I snuck up on him to get the picture lol, I think he was pissed off that I interrupted his cash generation for 10 minutes...
Also - if it went to court, surely pointing in the manner he did would be intimidation! (wish I'd got a piccy of that too!)
