This looks a good one. Including manifolds, ECU and loom.

Mileage?

EDIT: May help if I remember the link:

It's a BOB not a BOA which means there are quite a few complications, such as making it run in a different chassis due to PATS.

It's an anti theft system and I think it's tied into the ignition key/lock in some way. There's a transponder in the key and a receiver in the car. So the ecu won't work in a different car without a fair amount of buggering about. The knowledge to override it is available but not from Ford who hate it that others have cracked their system.

So the BOB doesn't really have much to offer over the BOA. The pats, vis (variable intake system) and twin timing chains are the 3 main reasons why people usually opt for the earlier BOA engine which also has a Cosworth bling badge, well 2 in fact lol.

ETA.

This is the type to go for:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Cosworth-Engine-2-9-V6-24v_W...

but there's no mention of the loom or ecu. That said, it would run nicely with an emerald or dta.

Oh right, I'm sure he said it was a BOA engine. Oh well, only problem with other engine is that it hasn't got the loom or anything. What gearbox do you use also?

The engine will bolt up to your existing gearbox and you use a cosworth 4 pot clutch. Looms can be sourced as can ecu's. The loom would need to be modified, ie some wires cut out etc.
