Rehash of the Terry Nation post-virus doomsday novel, first dramatised in the 70s and pretty thought provoking. Hope they don't phuq it up

Very much so. I'm a sucker for anything post-apocolyptic.

yes I liked The Stand (Both the book and film) and Swan Song - another post apocolyptic book that I thought would be good as a film. The difference with these two is they had religious conotations, it'll be interesting to see which route this drama will take.

I was looking forward to it until I saw the trailer and spotted Freema Whatsherface in it.

WORST.ACTRESS.EVAH.

Last episode of Dr Who I saw which had her in it, her main acting 'skill' seemed to be striding around looking down her nose at everyone. I will give Survivors a go if only to see her hopefully die a 'surprise death' in epsiode two (Like the star of Spooks and the deep fat fryer a few years ago.)

Was she the bint who turned up in Torchwood for a few episodes? Annoying London accent with a hint of tree?
