What steering wheel ?

Like playing games like Test drive unlimited and Grid racing driver and just bought a new 24" monitor so i think it's time to get a steering wheel again (had one 10 years ago, no idea where it is) to properly enjoy racing games again.
What do you guys have and/or recommend ?

Another G25 owner here. I managed to break my gear stick though, they can be fragile. I got mine before it was released in the UK (had to import it from the US) - so I've had it years, but apart from the stick, it's still perfect. A really well made bit of kit.

I have a G25 and I can highly recommend it, I can also confirm that it works with the PS2, and I think the PS3 but not the XBox. The main plus points about the G25 are the clutch, the H-Pattern gearbox and 900 degrees rotation. The build quality is also great.
Depending upon how serious about sims you are, you may like to look at other manufacturers such as Frex, they do wheels, pedals and shifters as separate units. Quite expensive though.

However, the shifter isnt the best, its too light when you move it. But I prefer to use the paddle shift anyway.
The wheel and pedals are excelent.
Unless your going to use it alot im not sure if its worth the extra over one of the cheaper logitech wheels. I dont think my G25 has made me any faster. But it will last for a long time, where as my cheap wheel went wrong after about 5 years.
If your getting a wheel and have a PC check out rFactor, we have a very good champoinship running on sundays which is good fun
