You can use your own car (it doesn't have to be quick to be fun and for you to learn thinga) or you can hire a car to use, but it can be very expensive. I would recommend using your own, and bear in mind that it won't have insurance cover for work on track unless you contact a company like Richard Egger in Nottingham and set up cover - it's not expensive for a day

that`s how i started track days. 3 driving experiences and the just wanted more. I hired a 205 gti and mazda mx5 from a guy called liam in bedford. www.trackdayuk.com £275 for the day
the cheapest about. Not the best cars in the world but lots of fun and you can really give it some welly cause there not your cars LOL!!!!!!!!
