Did 1000k in mine at the weekend and washed all the muck off yesterday.Still took it out today as I can't get enough of it. Take it out of storage. Who are you saving it for, some bloke 20 years from now just so he can say I've got a low mileage monaro. These cars thrive on being used. What you save on the miles you will only have to shell out on new brakes and tyres as the discs will be rusted and the tyres will be square

Why not have it seam-sealed and waxoyled? That'll be a lot cheaper than an Aston, probably be better protected* too. Are you going to take the AM out into the salty slush?

(Pretty sure, and slightly embarrassed, than my CV8 was the dirtiest one at the maxi-meet)

*I know nothing about the corrosion protection applied to late model Astons.

yertis the am is a dream and one I am working hard for, however, OH keeps on at me about new kitchen thats needed and my studio I need to get built

The car is off the road not out of fear of conditions just wanting to keep in a tip top state as possible

Strangley, I don't miss mine. It's been in the garage without a battery since... the last HSV RR day (Sept?). I honestly don't want to drive it and nor to I see when I will next (won't be this year).
