I have a 5.15 taxi to the airport and (Surprisingly) misjudged how long I needed to get up.

Half hour more in bed would have been MUCH better irked

no, I've sort of given myself jet-lag since I've been unemployed and just working on my own projects. Of course the inclination for me is it sit and keep working, meaning I have repeatedly not been going to bed till 4:30am. Therefore I have been getting up later and later (midday ish).

On Monday I had a meeting in the morning so had to get up after a late night. Could handle it fine, but because my clock is screwed I still worked till 5am as normal. This meant that today I didn't wake up till 5pm yikes cos I was knackered from my previous long day.

My plan is to work all night tonight, go to the 'early-bird' swim at 7am at the leisure centre, work all day and try and go to bed at a normal 11pm ish. coffee

Slept early last night and woke up suitably early too (4am) after the standard number of zeds. Looks like lunch will be breakfast today.

Yes, although I do manage to get a lot done. I'm 2 years out of university, company I was working for went bust a few months ago. I live at home (in a small village), but my parents live abroad, so it's just me and the cat most of the time.

Drove me up the wall for a while (and that was when I saw people all day in the office) but somehow now I don't really mind, although it's good to go out whenever possible for some human interaction so I keep busy in the gym/pool.

Badly written, drove me up the wall not having anyone in the house (even though I saw people at work all day) after being used to there always being someone in the next room at uni etc etc.

ok that makes more sense. I think if I had your routine I might end up getting a bit depressed and surfing internet sites until the early hours.....

I woke up at 2am to find the entire contents of my girlfiends wardrobe laying around me on the bed! My first reaction was " yikes shes leaving me " but it turns out that she couldnt sleep & decided to tidy her wardrobe up! I really dont understand how womens minds work.

Flew back from the US on 8th Nov and thought a great anti jet lag approach would be to attend BTaP - little did I know I would be kept up drinking till nearly 6am redface

10days on the matter has been compounded by bronchitis causing additional lack of sleep. However have managed to sleep semi normal hours for past two nights
