Thoughts on this Tuscan?

Any opinions on this Tuscan:

Only concern is not been used properly for a while, but has had 2 (yes 2) rebuilds!

As long as the dealer can provide evidence about the new engines Id say it looks like good value.
But remember this is a SUPERCAR not a mondeo and you will have some fairly high costs with it, Clutch £1000 tryes/serviced every 6000 miles etc..
Please dont think you wont have some small niggles with it as you will, it is a hand built sportcar after all. Treat it well, look after it( if something needs attention then get it fixed)If you do it it will reward hugely and you will find youself standing in your garage staring at it with a big silly grin.
But remember have a few thousand set aside incase of niggles.

Looks like a good price for a decent example (as described). Should budget for possible replacement / upgrade of bushes, shocks and geometry set-up.
Providing no noises or other engine problems (should be fine at that mileage after rebuild), then a decent road test should check for undue wear / noise in diff and gearbox, power steering and throttle bodies - as these may be worn at this sort of mileage.
Down to the age old question: buy newer & lower mileage for more money, or get a cheaper one and have a budget for new parts & repairs.....

with full throttle... never got into 4th a friend in a with a 911 left bown marks in the passenger seat

Exciting - Yes, Exhilarating - definately, like the attention it brings, and at the same time not - especially from the local police who seem to follow me around religiously, and the corsa boy racers who always seem to want to park in the boot!. Had a couple of "oh Bugg*r" moments. Doing the usual "going 50 miles for a pint of milk" thing. and i am amazed at how comfortable she is (definately a she, expensive to run, easily angered, starts easily !, and waggles her ar*e at the slightest prompt). She's taken 20 years off me and I love her.Thinking of going on a tour of southern france around easter just for the hell of it - all i need is a leggy blonde female to act as co-pilot. (and if my wife reads this then thats another Oh Bugg*r moment)
