Thinking the Unthinkable
Discussion
Gentlemen,
I have a serious problem, I have had to give this thread the 18 tag due to its pornographic content and the severe levels of deviancy and unadulterated filth currently swirling around at hyperspeed inside my head.
I know I am a weak and pathetic individual, I am trying my utmost to be faithful and put all thoughts of having a relationship with this strumpet far from my thoughts, but could any of us resist such a 'siren' My current state of bloodlust and craving for her is just too much to bear
Please help and reassure me the grass is not greener.....
Here is the reason (NSFW)

However....
I was loaned a Vanquish by a client for 48 hours, and whilst the feel good factor was there, I didnt find it anywhere near as bonkers fast.
I just hope you dont regret it
ETA: And the gearbox is fackin awful!

Ive had a bit of experiance of these. My mate bought one of the first ones at a whopping £162,000.The car was given to me any time he was away, and was left in my care. The gearbox failed on it four times,in some of the most embarrassing situations. It also sheared a power steering belt three times.Still a great car............When it worked.

There was one at Spa when the SpareRing nutters were there. Couldn't keep up with my Cerb on the Kemmel straight but if you want to go for non-English boat, fill yer boots !
Wrong car.It was an A.M V8 Vantage.Not a Vanquish.Which is a V12

The Chap who I bought my Cerb from moved on to Aston Martin straight away. Firstly a V8 Vantage, now a DB9 with a DBS on order. I know looks and sound can start a debate but is it something to do with the AM Marque. I must add that less than a month after my purchase the guy (and he is a genuine chap) asked if he could buy the Cerbera back.

the previous owner to me also px'd the car for a DB9. Contacted him about a month later, to which he also regreted losing the Cerb.

is it just me or is this another world. if u could even dream about spending that kind of money i would like to think i could afford to keep the cerb as well.
I honestly don't think I can justify keeping the Cerb, apart from financials, there is nowhere to park both and considering how much time I currently get to drive Cerb I don't think I would want to keep both and the rest of my little fleet, the truth is I would prob neglect cerbie in favour of said Aston (my back condition is a massive plus towards the Aston....but my heart still yells NOOOOOOOOOO)Arggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh! stil

Lot of owners may seem to regard moving on to an AM or 'similar' as an upgrade. Personally having driven both, i think the cars are 'worlds apart'.(I also previously mentioned that i was offered a Bentley GT at a v.attractive price in px for my car + some cash, but having driven it i felt the car was somewhat soulless - almost anaesthetic... a far cry from the Cerb)
These cars are unique, probably never again will a manufacturer have the balls to conjure up such great vision. Keep the TVR, it's more than just a car.

have to say if its one or the other. if it was my only car (and the cerb is) aston has to be the one. looks very fine nice to drive big image and that but i love my cerb its a toy really and dont have to go miles or go to work in it as i drive a van for that.
but if its about the fun to drive toy pure driving fun i think the cerb would win. not that ive driven a vanquish.
how about you sell your every day car replace it with the aston and keep the cerb.
sounds like a plan to me.

Funny this thread croping up yesterday. As when i arrived at work last night.I found that one of my work collegues has just bought a DB9.Wait for it........................£42,000
42 large? Blimey, are you sure Charley Boorman hasn't used it to circumnavigate the earth 6 times or something at that price?Steal.
I must admit, DB9/DBS/V8 are all stunning, and i'd not turn them down but you can get a Jaguar XKR for similar looks/performance and much cheaper, you're definately paying for the badge, that's not what you do with a TVR.

That's cheap, I've seen some of the early ones come up at just under 50k. Would love one, I think it would make a nice addition to the cerb.Dirty Boy said:

I have been a Jaguar fan all my life, love 'em to bits, in fact I still have both an XJR and an old XJS, however you can not compair the build quality of either with an Aston. I have been looking at quite a few sub 50k DB9's (was very impressed ever since I ragged one round Elvington last December) Also considered the more eloquent DB7 vantage, but that is akin to the XJS (but far superior build quality and feel)Only recently have I been considering the vanquish, it seems a completely different monster...yes there are issues with this model, but aren't there always, especially with expensive bit of exotica?
i do think that I'll miss the raw edge and instant power delivery that comes with Cerbism, but I do feel that now is the time for something a little more refined to help me in my decline towards growing up

f
k I love my Cerb, and honestly am stuck between the two. I don't want to grow up or act like a gentleman, but with prices falling like a tarts knickers now is the time to dive in
maybe I should just buy the f
king thing and keep the Cerb and become a middle aged giggalo
