Virgin cable TV

Has anyone else had this problem? watching any channels and the picture momentarily freezes, then pixilates and the sounds goes off. We've had a new set top, new cables and various tinkering done by Virgin but it persists

Mine's been doing that recently too. Not often and not for long.

Ask your neighbour if they have the same problems, then ask their neighbour ect etc.. if they do its the network, if not its something in your house interfering with it.

I've had a new tv box as well . gut reckoned it's gremlins in the system

what pisses me off are the times when you want to see whats on other channells... but all you get is "no program information available"
