Hey guys, don't know if anyone has experienced this but my 360 will not start any more, no red rings, just crashes every time it starts.

Checked the warranty online - it ran out on the 16/11/2008!!!!

Anyone know any tips to fix it?

Wasn't launched here until the 2nd of December, so it's still in warranty.

Edit: That's if you can make it red-ring, towel job maybe?

And I'm referring to launch-day machines.

Aren't you supposed to get a year warranty for everything other than RROD?
Just checked mine and the warranty expires on 9/6/2009 yet the console was manufactured on the 25/6/2008.

If you are talking about the UK launch, then I am sure I got mine in November.

IIRC, it was a worldwide launch ?

As for the problem, I would phone and try for some goodwill treatment. Wouldn't hold out too much hope, but if you don't try, you'll never know wink

If they say that they won't repair it, take a look at the Sale of Goods act http://whatconsumer.co.uk/how-long-should-it-last/
